Application for exterior renovations and restoration including the replacement of windows, removal and installation of wood clapboard siding, and demolition and reconstruction of a rear enclosed porch/bathroom.
General discussion of plans. Motion to approve made by Jim Hutchinson, seconded by Mike Deming. All members vote approval. Motion carried.
